Requirements that are essential for this position include:
Accustomed to the SAE AS9102 First Article inspection reports and documentation Ability to read mechanical drawings and apply the rules of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing The aptitude to interpret specifications, tolerances, and machining influences to inspection reports and dimensional calculations Experience with the inspection process as well as the documentation of data and information provided on certifications provided in-house and by outside suppliers Strong computer skills including but not limited to Adobe Writer, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
Manufacturing software (Epicor) a plus.
Comprehends CMM reporting and PC-DMIS and how it is related to inspection documentation Attributes with include:
meticulous, precise, patience, exhibit perspicacious judgement and strong communication skills Experience with aluminium dip and vacuum brazing, welding, and IPC-A-630 is a plus.
