Hampstead Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Associate Pastor who will oversee and coordinate the youth ministry toward spiritual maturity, multiplication, and service.
He will also use his gifts and abilities to lead in one other area of the church based on his skillset.

Qualifications:
Must be a passionate follower of Jesus Christ and meet the 1 Timothy 3, Titus 1, and 1 Peter 5 qualifications for church leaders Must be in agreement with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 and all HBC doctrinal statements Must have a personal and growing relationship with God, a teachable spirit, and a healthy family life Must be a team player, a good communicator, and have a good sense of humor Education:
At least a bachelor's degree in the related field Related ministry experience is desired, but not required Primary Job Responsibilities Lead / equip the Youth Leadership Team and work together to create a vibrant youth ministry Grow and establish relationships with students and parents Organize and maintain a youth ministry budget, website and calendar Develop and implement student mission / outreach opportunities Will be responsible for teaching Sunday School and Youth Group weekly and creating an overall teaching plan Organize monthly youth events; such as summer camp, winter camp, retreats, etc.
Other
Responsibilities:
Lead another crucial ministry within HBC; such as worship, children, or outreach.
Attend staff meetings Be visible and an active part of Sunday worship services Job Type:
